Celebrate nature and community at NatureFest 2026, a free family-friendly festival at Henderson Environmental Centre in North Beach on Saturday 24 October, 9am to 2pm (Perth time). Enjoy native wildlife encounters, guided nature and Noongar cultural walks, children's bushcraft, wetland science activities, face painting, art and photography, and displays from local environmental groups. Food and coffee vendors will be on site. A Friends of Star Swamp guided walk also starts at 8am, before the main festival. Parking is limited; walking, cycling or scootering is encouraged.
